We also plan to spend some time praying for our teachers, students, and parents for the upcoming school year. It’s a great time to invite a teacher, friend, or family member to join you!

| Beach Baptism
Baptism is the biblical way to publicly express that you believe Jesus has done everything necessary for your salvation. By getting baptized, you are letting others know Jesus has changed your life and you now live for Him. Our next beach baptism is Sunday, September 14, at 6PM at the North Jetty Beach in Nokomis. |

| Family Dedication
Family Dedication is Sunday, September 7, during each service. A family dedication is an opportunity for parents to present their child before God, and their church, and commit their home life and the raising of their children to the Lord. It’s also a time for the church to commit to supporting and encouraging the family along their journey of parenthood. |

| Night of Worship
Join us for a Night of Worship on Wednesday, September 24, at 6:30PM at The Bridge Church. This is a family event, so while childcare will not be provided, we encourage families to worship side by side and experience this special night together. All ages are welcome as we create space for God to move in our hearts and in our church!

Re|engage is a discipleship-based enrichment for every marriage – the healthy, the struggling, and the broken. This ministry draws married couples to the church, giving them a safe place to move toward oneness through small groups, teaching, and stories of hope. Childcare is available for couples who need it. | GriefShare
You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone. GriefShare is for people grieving the death of a family member or friend. The journey of GriefShare has a three-dimensional approach that consists of group support, video lessons on grief and an individual workbook that allows participants to process their loss at their own level of comfort. GriefShare begins on Thursday, August 21, from 6:30-8PM. |

| National Day of Volunteer Training
For anyone serving children and/or youth in a ministry, you will not want to miss the National Day of Volunteer Training. This annual event is an affordable and accessible way for churches to train their entire next-gen volunteer teams while hearing from top-notch speakers and networking with other leaders in your area. The Bridge Church is the host site for this digital event, taking place on Saturday, September 6, from 8:30 AM- 12 PM. |

We are so grateful for our incredible serve teams who faithfully give their time and talents to all those who walk in our church doors! This week, we’re spotlighting our Kids and Student Volunteers! Last Sunday we had an awesome time highlighting the next generation and celebrating what God is doing in their lives. We are so thankful for the incredible volunteers who have chosen to help invest in the next generation. They help young people find and follow Jesus Christ through their joyful servanthood.
