Mentoring Women for all Seasons

At The Bridge we desire to walk with women in a mentoring journey through all seasons of life. We offer two mentoring pathways to help women connect in meaningful ways. Each provides opportunities for a woman to grow firm in her faith, equipping her to face life’s complexities and challenges through the guidance and encouragement of a mentor.

Registration for the 2024/2025 season of FLOURISH begins July 1, 2024.

FLOURISH is a mentoring journey for a generation of women who are looking to grow in relationship with Jesus and learn how to live and serve faithfully in our roles as daughter, mother, wife, friend, professional, and more for the sake of the gospel.

  • Ages 50 and under

  • Women mentoring the next generation

  • Nine months (optional summer session available)

    October – June

  • Kick Off Event

    September 22, 2024

    5:00-7:30PM at TBC Office

  • Registration Deadline: August 11, 2024

  • Two mentors + Four mentees

  • Group meets monthly + 1:1 meet ups

  • Fall bonding/testimony day with group

  • FLOURISH Journal/Devotion five days weekly

  • Read a book related to biblical study topic every two months

  • Monthly scripture memorization – 1 verse

  • Year One and Year Two available

  • Participation Fee: $50 includes Flourish Journal, prayer journal, first book, materials (responsible for three to five additional books to be purchased, checked out or audible option)

  • Next Step – personal serving & multiplication plan

THRIVE is a mentoring / discipleship journey for women who desire to grow rooted in their relationship with Jesus, and walk with a community of women seeking wisdom, encouragement, and purpose during new seasons of life for the sake of the gospel. (Empty nest, relocation, grandparenting, retirement, aging parents, family relationships and more)

  • Ages 50 and above

  • Older woman or peer mentor

  • Seven months (optional summer session available)

    November – May

  • Kick Off Event

    November 2, 2024

    10AM-12PM at TBC Office

  • Registration Deadline: October 6, 2024

  • Two mentors + Six to Eight mentees

  • Group meets bi-monthly + 1:1 meet ups

  • Fall bonding/testimony day with group

  • FLOURISH Journal/Devotion five days weekly

  • Read a book related to biblical study topic every two months

  • Monthly scripture memorization – 1 verse

  • Year One and Year Two available
